Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t have any makeup. Can I still find my undertone?

Absolutely! We’ve designed three levels to help you find your undertone based on the products you have and your experience level. Level 1 is perfect for those with no makeup—while the accuracy might be slightly lower compared to Levels 2 and 3, you can still successfully determine your undertone using our techniques. We’ll guide you through the process step-by-step!

I’m not a makeup artist and don’t plan to become one—is this course for becoming a makeup artist?

This course is designed for beginners, not professional makeup artists. Whether you’re completely new to makeup or just looking to improve your skills, you’ll learn valuable techniques to understand undertones and skin tones. Even if you’re considering becoming a makeup artist, this course will still provide foundational knowledge that will be useful. It’s structured in an easy, step-by-step format, making it perfect for those who struggle with makeup or don’t know where to start. The focus is on creating natural, everyday looks that enhance your features effortlessly.

How long does it take to complete the course?

You can complete the course in a week, with just 1 hour a day. The total time is about 7 hours, making it easy to fit into your schedule! However, with practice, it might take a bit longer—ideally 2 weeks, including time for hands-on practice.

What if I’m still confused about my undertones after taking the course?

No worries! We have a supportive community where you can share your learning journey, ask questions, and get help from others who are on the same path. You’re not alone—join our community and let’s work together to help you confidently discover your undertone. We’re here to support you every step of the way!

What’s the difference between Level 1, 2, and 3 for finding my undertone?

Level 1: Perfect for beginners with little to no makeup experience. You’ll learn to identify your undertone using basic techniques and simple observations, even without any makeup products. While the accuracy may be a bit lower, it’s a great starting point to get a general idea of your undertone.

Level 2: Ideal for those who already have some makeup products. You’ll use what you already own to help identify your undertone with greater accuracy. It’s a step up from Level 1 and provides a more precise understanding.

Level 3: For those seeking the most accurate results. This level involves using specific products, such as foundations and color correctors, to fine-tune your undertone. This is the most detailed method, and accuracy is nearly 100%, giving you full confidence in identifying your undertone.

What products do I need to take the course?

You don’t need any makeup to take the course! However, if you'd like to fully explore and determine your undertone with 100% accuracy, we highly recommend the following:

  • A neutral undertone foundation that matches your skin brightness
  • A color corrector set (yellow, blue, and green)

Tested 412 foundation shades worth $14,870 and created a report with our own shade numbering system - so you don’t have to waste your money.
